He claimed to have scruples, the people laughed. He claimed to be wise, we all looked at his staff. We said it's not adding up, how are you at math. He said he was a good Catholic, we heard guffaws. He said he cared about us, some folks openly pshawed. We said "that's a crock, you've broken laws" He said he was sorry, a sack of sh*t someone said. He said he wasn't joking, some of our eyes bled. "We're not joking either, we think you're braindead" He claimed he's done a good job, we rolled on the floor. He said he was popular, I thought, with chinese whores. You're popular like smallpox, or maybe Al Gore. He said he loved Hunter, we howled at the moon. He said Hunter had problems, yeah, a drug addled goon. You have problems yourself, you're going down soon. He said "I'm running for president" we all said, "You're insane" He said he'd beat Trump, we thought, you're stupid and vain. Do you hear that whistle, it's your hellbound train. He climbed up on his pedestal, we wished it would break. He started to talk, I thought, how much more can we take. I yelled "Shut up you old fool, for everyone's sake" He wept a few tears, of course they weren't real. He called for his mommie, at that we all squealed. Someone yelled, you're going down Joe, you're fate is sealed. D.L. Crockett -- 6/1/23
