If the leftists are insane, where does that leave us.
It leaves us to be crushed under their careening bus.
If the left spreads nothing but lies, what can we do.
We can listen and take heed, and try something new.
If leftists have no scruples, if they live in the gutter.
How should we respond to any promise they utter.
How can we trust a snake hiding out in the grass.
One that will harry our heels if we foolishly pass.

If the GOP remains worthless, talking bipartisan crap.
How should we react to the garbage dumped in our lap.
If the GOP promises results, should we be sucked in again.
Is it just more campaigning, more of their flowery spin.
If the GOP uses talking points thinking we want to hear.
Using the democrat methodology of smoke and mirrors.
Should we nod our heads stupidly, then waste our vote.
Chastise ourselves later because they got our goat.

What if "We the People" voted to dump all these fools.
Before they conspired together to change all the rules.
What if "We the People" made sure our votes count.
Would there be any problems we couldn't surmount.
What if we did our due diligence, quit buying their lies.
Would we be surprised when we're no longer surprised.
When our votes finally mean that our voices are heard.
When we can spit out lying politicians unsavory turds.
